BSK Associates, a trusted name in engineering with over 60 years of excellence, is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated QA Regional Manager to join our team. As an employee‑owned company, we take pride in our workplace, and it shows!
Full‑Time, Hybrid but Fresno based preferred.
Seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to play a critical leadership role in safeguarding the integrity, accreditation, and regulatory excellence of our growing, multi‑location analytical laboratory operation. This is a unique opportunity for a QA professional to step into a senior leadership role at BSK Associates, where quality, scientific rigor, and innovation directly support public health and environmental protection. Full‑time employees receive our comprehensive compensation package which includes 100% employer‑paid medical insurance with options for dependents, employee and dependent dental and vision plans, employee assistance program, ESOP and 401(k) plans, 8 paid holidays, paid sick and paid vacation time earned on an accrued basis. The pay range for this position is $78,000–115,000 paid hourly; offers will be based on the successful candidate's experience.
The Quality Assurance Regional Manager is responsible for the laboratory quality assurance program and its implementation, including setting policies for meeting certification requirements. The role is also responsible for the oversight and implementation of the document control system and the training requirements of the quality assurance system. The manager is independent of direct job involvement in operational matters, has direct access to the Laboratory Director to resolve any disputes involving data quality, and has sufficient authority to stop work, if deemed necessary, in the event of serious quality assurance issues.
This role requires a detail‑oriented individual who communicates effectively, stays organized, and consistently contributes extra effort to strengthen the QA program. Success includes partnering with senior leadership while maintaining QA independence, applying sound analytical judgment to balance regulatory compliance with efficiency, and fostering a positive, blameless culture where quality and continuous improvement are shared responsibilities.
This role ensures uninterrupted accreditation and regulatory compliance across all methods and locations through timely submissions of accreditation documents, effective audits, and full closure of corrective actions. It leads internal and external audits with a focus on zero major findings, maintains robust QA, training, proficiency testing, and document control systems, and ensures new employee training is completed and documented on time. Success also requires close collaboration with laboratory leadership to meet operational and client needs while resolving all client complaints promptly through effective corrective and preventive actions.
Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
