Turner Industries Energy Services is seeking a QA/QC Manager for work in the Whiting, IN area. The role plans and coordinates a quality control program to ensure production aligns with established standards, and oversees audits, document control, and client interface.

Required are 5+ years in quality supervision or management, knowledge of welding/NDE procedures, and strong communication skills. The position emphasizes safety, compliance, and timely delivery in a fast-paced industrial setting.

• Knowledge of applicable Non-Destructive Examination test methods
• Expert knowledge of applicable codes/standards

• Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal and external interface
• Must promote and provide a safe working environment
• Must be self-directed and detail orientated
• Must be able to organize and prioritize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines
• Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
• Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

We are seeking a QA/QC Manager for work in the Whiting, IN area. The QA/QC Manager plans and coordinates a quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.

Functional Requirements:

Control and distribution of all the companies' quality documentation; monitor all quality related activities on projects; perform all internal and external audits; verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals; attend client quality management meetings; prepare and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement; review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements; monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports; monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system; recommend and implement improvements as necessary; coordinate all Quality activities with staff and clients; coordinate all Quality related correspondence with the customer's representatives; monitor statistical method reporting; action and close all customer complaints; control all archive documentation upon the completion of the project; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction

Compensation

Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Involvement:
