  • Coordinate scheduling with factories to maintain ex-factory dates.
  • Conduct audits and enforce corrective action plans.
  • Report inspection results and maintain QC dashboards.
  • Onboard and coach QC specialists and assistants.
  • Partner with teams to ensure packaging accuracy.
  • Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsabilities

We’re seeking a QA & QC Manager to ensure every product that leaves our factories meets Trafilea’s uncompromising standards. This is a high impact role where quality, speed‑to‑market, and customer satisfaction intersect.

  • Guarantee flawless production: Oversee in‑line and final inspections across factories, ensuring compliance with AQL 2.5 standards and Trafilea’s defect thresholds.
  • Lead transformation projects: Drive manufacturing improvements, implement new testing protocols, and enhance quality workflows across apparel and beauty categories.
  • Keep orders on track: Coordinate scheduling with factories to maintain ex‑factory dates, ensuring seamless alignment between Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain.
  • Raise factory standards: Conduct audits, enforce corrective action plans, and ensure factories maintain valid social compliance certifications.
  • Data‑driven quality control: Report inspection results within 24 hours, consolidate factory performance reports, and maintain QC dashboards.
  • Manage and scale the team: Onboard and coach QC specialists and assistants, driving adoption of Trafilea’s quality standards.
  • Cross‑functional leadership: Partner with Technical Design, Product Development, and Production to ensure tech packs, packaging, yarn, and labeling accuracy.
  • Problem‑solving at speed: Address customer complaints, resolve failed tests immediately, and implement corrective actions without impacting delivery.
  • 3–5 years in quality assurance or quality control (apparel/beauty preferred).
  • 2–3 years in team or process management, with proven leadership in factory/vendor environments.
  • Fluent in Chinese (written & spoken) to liaise effectively with suppliers and factories.
  • Strong foundation in garment testing, fabric/yarn evaluation, and packaging compliance.
  • Skilled in reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint) with sharp attention to detail and urgency.
  • A problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced, global supply chain operations.
