Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading QA/QC in data centre or MEP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, regulations, and processes.
  • Experience with ISO9001 and Six Sigma is highly desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) within the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout all phases of our data centre projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards for data centre projects.
  • Oversee and manage all quality-related activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records.
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC processes and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to mitigate quality risks.
  • Ensure all MEP systems are tested, commissioned, and handed over in accordance with project requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a QA/QC management role, preferably within data centre or MEP projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA/QC processes, standards, and regulations in the construction and engineering sectors.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration within data centre environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO9001, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
Day‑to‑Day
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Review and approve quality documentation, including method statements and inspection test plans.
  • Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality‑related issues and implement improvements.
  • Monitor the progress of QA/QC activities and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and third‑party inspectors to address quality concerns.
