Job summary

Crysalis Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Lab Technician to support implementing and maintaining our plant's quality assurance program.

This role is critical to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance through testing, data analysis, and driving process improvements. You will operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC, IC), monitor inventory, and prepare technical reports to support regulatory submissions while collaborating with

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a scientific or technical field required or an Associate's with equivalent experience.
• Experience in QA/QC or process industry lab operations.
• Familiarity with automated lab equipment (HPLC, GC, IC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC programs based on best practices through sampling and testing of materials or finished goods.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory chemicals and supplies.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC, IC).
• Prepare technical reports, analyze data, and recommend process adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the lab.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, R&D and EHS teams to implement the QA/QC program.
