Job summary

Wire 3 is seeking a QA/QC Inspector in Melbourne, FL to ensure construction installations meet safety and quality standards and align with company specifications. This role supports project quality control, verifies completed work, and contributes to final records.

The ideal candidate will review drawings, communicate risks to the Construction Manager, and collaborate with field teams to ensure inspection-ready segments while maintaining accurate documentation for regional management.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality control issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify units placed by both internal and external OSP placing crews.
• Identify and address construction installations that do not meet Wire 3 specifications.
• Review drawings and finalize as-builts for final records.
• Communicate project risks to the Construction Manager as they arise.
• Assist in implementing project and program plans as assigned.
• Work closely with Field Supervisors to assess completion and inspection-ready segments.
• Provide documentation, reports, and updates to Regional Management as directed.
• Utilize company tracking systems to report crew productivity and weekly job progress.
