Job summary

SAK Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Administrator - Quality Control in Detroit, MI. The role involves data entry, digital file management, and reviewing cleaned and rehabilitated pipeline media files.

You will assist the Video/Quality Control team with QA/QC functions for rehabilitated pipelines and manholes, requiring attention to detail and strong organization. The position is on-site in Detroit with opportunities in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; or pursuing education in engineering or a technical field.
• 1-2 years work experience using digital media.
• Water/sewer or municipal environment experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to take/follow direction.
• Solid understanding of Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Review CCTV video footage of rehabilitated pipelines to identify faults.
• Review and revise assessments and PRE-Rehabilitation surveys for customer submission.
• Review and revise manhole assessment surveys for submission.
• Prepare Excel spreadsheets with well-organized item descriptions.
• Data analysis and entry into SAK data systems.
• Provide detailed summaries of problematic videos.
• Support report generation and revisions through SAK Data Systems.
• Perform related duties as requested.
