Job summary

Msr-Fsr, Llc is seeking an Operations QAQC Cleanroom Technician II to perform final cleaning, drying, inspection, testing, and packaging of parts in a high-tech cleanroom environment. The role requires strict adherence to procedures, PPE use, and communication of defects through nonconformance reports.

The candidate will work with Operations to inspect and reassemble parts, support equipment maintenance, and ensure proper inventory levels in a tightly controlled facility.

Qualifications

  • Requires 2–4 years in a Class 10 cleanroom with gowning protocols and PPE.
  • Experience in QA/QC of parts used in high-tech/semiconductor industries preferred.
  • Must be able to read English and follow technical procedures/instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to site safety, quality, HR policies and protocols.
  • Read and follow written work instructions, ensuring completion and annotation.
  • Use safety equipment including PPE and respirators; handle hazardous materials per procedures.
  • Perform cleaning using hand/power tools and chemical equipment; assist in equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanroom environment and PPE compliance; support inventory management and housekeeping.

Operations QAQC Cleanroom Technician II

SUMMARY:

Operations QAQC Cleanroom Techniciansare responsible for performing final clean, drying, biking, inspecting, testing, and packagingparts and assemblies received from high-tech manufacturing customers after being fed into the cleanroom by other Operations Technicians. Operations QAQC Cleanroom Technicians are required to complete training, understand, and follow written procedures and demonstrate ability to inspect, reassemble, test and package customer parts and equipment in a critically controlled cleanroom work environment. Operations QAQC Cleanroom Technicians are required to communicate any part defects or abnormalities observed to the Supervisor and Production Manager by issuing nonconformance reports to be shared with a customer detailing the defects detected during the QAQC inspection.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strictly adhere to all site safety, quality, and company HR conduct policies and protocols.
  • Read and follow written work instructions and procedures, assuring that each step is completed and annotated when finished.
  • Use all required safety equipment including hearing protection, safety glasses or face shields, respirators, and chemical process PPE.
  • Handle potentially hazardous materials according to appropriate manufacturing and safety procedures.
  • Complete assigned tasks using a combination of cleaning techniques including use of hand and power tools, mechanical cleaning, and chemical cleaning equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining processing equipment in good working conditions.
  • Perform and complete assigned tasks in a cleanroom work environment while adhering to required cleanroom garments and PPE and quality protocols.
  • Support inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels are maintained.
  • Ensure the work area, equipment and tools are clean and properly maintained.
Operations QAQC Cleanroom Technician II Job Requirements:
  • 2-4 years previous work experience in a class 10 cleanroom environment with associated cleanroom gowning protocols and cleanroom PPE.
  • 2-4 years previous work experience in a cleanroom environment performing Quality Assurance and Quality Checks on parts used in the high tech and semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to read English and follow technical procedures and instructions.
  • Ability to pass required drug screening and background check
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • This is a safety sensitive position; the ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required.
  • Ability to work a compressed work week:
    1. FE shift - 6:00 am to 6:30 pm (Sun-Mon-Tue-Wed) plus OT
    2. BE shift - 6:00 am to 6:30 pm (Wed-Thu-Fri-Sat) plus OT
