Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Bothell, WA seeks a Technical Manager, QA Programs & Systems to own QA Shop Floor programs. This role serves as program owner and POC for change controls, risk assessments, document lifecycle management, and training across Manufacturing, Quality Control, Warehouse and MSAT.

You will translate governance decisions into shop-floor action, drive interdependent workstreams to completion, and maintain inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred
• 5+ years of relevant cGMP experience in biotechnology or related regulated environment
• Proven ownership of cross-functional quality programs and systems

Responsibilities

• Change Controls: author and lead change controls; promote best practices; represent QASF at COP.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): coordinate operational support and readiness across protocols.
• Training Lifecycle Management: create/update training curricula and onboarding for new hires (FTE).
• Sterility Assurance: represent QASF at C3; sustain aseptic programs and drive improvements.
• Risk Management: lead risk assessments (FMEA) and drive continuous improvement.
• Compliance Initiatives: participate in governance meetings; ensure inspection readiness and audits.
