Qualifications

• Built or run QA programs for construction or manufacturing at scale.
• Able to define and enforce quality gates under schedule pressure.
• Experience running nonconformance processes that are tracked and trending.
• Bonus: ISO 9001 systems experience or data-center QA exposure.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the QA program across capacity delivery: standards, audits, and metrics from factory to energization.
• Define quality gates per phase, fabrication, installation, commissioning handover, and ensure they are enforceable.
• Run the nonconformance process: tracked, dispositioned, trended, and fed back to the source.
• Report quality health across the portfolio in numbers leadership acts on.
