Job summary

Zoetis Lincoln is seeking a Manager of Product Development Quality to provide QA expertise for veterinary medicine R&D, transfer of products, and regulatory compliance across sites. You will partner with DST, QA teams, and external suppliers to ensure production, validation, and documentation meet strict quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a biological/ pharmaceutical field and at least 5 years in QA/regulatory roles within the veterinary or human pharma space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Quality Control, or Regulatory Affairs within veterinary or human pharmaceutical/biological products industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure VMRD production facilities and product transfers comply with USDA, EU, FDA and Zoetis quality standards.
• Review validation protocols and reports; approve and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Conduct and review deviation investigations; identify CAPAs and effectiveness checks.
• Advise management on regulatory deficiencies and appropriate actions.
• Maintain knowledge in vaccine/biopharmaceutical quality and regulatory disciplines.
