Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor operations on quality issues daily.
- Provide guidance on deviations and change controls.
- Oversee verification and validation of equipment and systems.
- Monitor quality metrics and support continuous improvements.
- Respond to operational issues outside core hours when needed.
