Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in the United States seeks a Senior PMO/QA professional to manage compliance initiatives and drive continuous improvement across quality systems. You will oversee PMO activities, lead investigations, and ensure timely corrective actions to prevent recurrence while coordinating with QA and operations to improve BRFT, CRT, and batch release efficiency.

Compensation includes a salary between $90,000 and $110,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science with a minimum of 3+ years of progressive QA/QC experience in a pharmaceutical or related regulatory industry.
• Advanced training or experience in cGMP and preferably GLP, legal, and ISO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for compliance topics and continuous improvement program management to support quality systems, compliance, and efficiency.
• Oversee evaluation, implementation, execution, and follow-up on quality systems and metrics in support of GMP compliance and release of finished product.
• Oversee final review of investigations to ensure product quality and timely corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Serve as a change agent performing project management duties (PMO) and manage projects independently with QA and operations teams.
