Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus one of: Bachelor's degree with 1 year of professional quality improvement experience in a health-related field, or an Associate's degree with 3 years of such experience, or 5 years of such experience, or an equivalent education/experience combination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Program (QAPI) for Monroe Community Hospital.
• Provide technical assistance to hospital staff to meet quality assurance objectives.
• Report to the Quality Assurance Manager or higher-level supervisor and perform related duties as required.
