JCW Group client in Bucks County, PA seeks a QA Operations Manager to lead day-to-day Quality Assurance operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharma/biotech QA, 3+ years of people management, hands-on shop-floor QA (OSD/tablets a big plus), and CDMO experience; strong CAPA, deviation handling, change controls, and batch record review with a focus on inspection readiness and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing or quality.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on shop-floor QA experience (OSD/tablets a big plus).
• Experience in a CDMO environment (preferred).
• Strong experience with deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and batch record review.
• Leadership to drive accountability, inspection readiness, and quality improvement.
