Village Green Health & Rehabilitation is currently seeking a QA Nurse to join our team.

This position is responsible for providing oversight of resident safety needs in all aspects of care as well as identifying and oversight of the nursing care needs of each resident to include Infection Preventionist. On-call rotation required.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be an RN graduate of a state approved school of Nursing. He/ She must hold a current and active license in the state of NC. He/she is collecting data for quality improvement and assessing resident needs. He/she has the ability to work independently but has the wisdom to seek assistance as indicated. Possess effective documentation and communication skills. He/she is knowledgeable in regard to federal and state regulations relating to long-term care. This is a working position that provides / assists with direct resident care.
