The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in pharma/biotech, strong writing and communication skills, and familiarity with LIMS and SAP. The position offers 12-hour rotating shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but can be offset by experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time review of manufacturing batch records.
• Review manufacturing documentation (logs, charts) for compliance.
• Resolve issues on the manufacturing floor in a timely manner.
• Provide 24/7 manufacturing oversight with 12-hour shifts.
