Job summary

Peak Nano seeks a Quality Assurance Manager in the United States to lead the Quality Management System and ensure regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations.

You will drive CAPA, document control, internal audits, and management reviews while partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to prevent quality issues and improve processes. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decisions, and a focus on scalable quality systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive quality leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing, implementing, or significantly improving a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience preparing for certification.
• Experience leading root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System, CAPA, document control, internal audits, and management reviews.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and PM to drive preventive quality.
• Manage the inspection function to support production demands and monitor key quality KPIs.
• Facilitate root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Prepare for ISO certification and ensure ongoing quality system evolution.
