Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee laboratory operations for a leading manufacturer of premium protective eyewear and safety products. You will manage ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 programs, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvement.

This role requires 3+ years in a lab setting, an associate degree in a scientific field, strong leadership and communication skills, and hands-on testing, calibration, and measurement uncertainty work.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant scientific field; experience may substitute degree.
• 3+ years in a laboratory or test setting.
• Strong knowledge of inter-laboratory comparisons, equipment maintenance, and calibration.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 certification programs.
• Coordinate audits, lab certifications, and supplier visits.
• Lead management reviews and action follow-ups.
• Plan inter-laboratory comparison studies.
• Manage equipment maintenance and calibrations schedule.
• Develop uncertainty budgets and testing plans.
• Collaborate with development on test parameters.
• Certify test results; stay current with MCEPS and standards.
