• Five years’ experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred (infant formula, food, or pharma).
• Strong understanding of cGMP, FDA regulations and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA activities for infant formula production and product release.
• Review batch records and maintain quality systems oversight.
• Lead internal audits and support FDA, customer, and corporate audits.
• Review and approve SOPs, change controls, validation documents, and critical records.
• Train, mentor, and lead QA staff to foster a strong quality culture.
