Job summary

Eagle Labs Inc is seeking a QA Manager to lead the quality assurance team and oversee cGMP processes for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. You will supervise QA staff, manage batch approvals, change controls, and validation activities while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, USDA, and SQF standards, plus experience in audits, HACC P, CFR Parts 111 and 211, and SAP systems. On-site Florida-based position with oversight responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Leads QA staff and supports cGMP programs.
• Strong understanding of GMP, FDA, USDA, SQF standards for food safety.
• Ability to discuss and resolve issues with customers and team members.
• Experience with SOP maintenance and CFR Part 111/211 alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manages QA staff and their support for cGMP programs, reviewing batch records, procedures, and reports.
• Oversees deviation investigations and change controls related to cGMP production and testing.
• Drafts and implements MBRs, Process Validations, EQMPs, and Cleaning Validations.
• Maintains food safety quality programs, allergen controls, and HACCP compliance.
• Ensures visitors and contractors are logged and compliant with GMP practices.
• Reports food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Trains QA staff on cGMP policies and SOP updates.
• Identifies problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicates with account managers and other departments on project status.
• Represents Eagle Labs Inc during regulatory and client audits.
