Key Responsibilities

• 🔹 Lead & evolve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• 🔹 Drive ISO 13485 readiness and elevate compliance maturity
• 🔹 Lead internal/external audits + CAPA management
• 🔹 Partner with engineering, manufacturing & leadership
• 🔹 Build accountability, ownership & quality culture
• 🔹 Use data to drive decisions and root‑cause solutions
• 🔹 Improve efficiency across high‑mix, low‑volume production

What We’re Looking For

• ⭐ 5+ years in Quality Management (ISO 9001 / regulated industries — medical device, aerospace, etc.)
• ⭐ Proven experience with audits, CAPA, supplier quality, and RCA tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone)
• ⭐ 3+ years of leadership / influencing cross‑functional teams
• ⭐ Curious, improvement‑driven, and growth‑minded
• ⭐ Bachelor’s in Engineering / Quality / Manufacturing (required)
