Job summary

Nexora is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Philadelphia, PA to lead quality systems for consumer goods and electronics across US/Canada, with EU support where needed. You will drive regulatory compliance, supplier audits, CAPA, and product testing programs through the full lifecycle.

The role collaborates with Product Development, Sourcing, Engineering, Regulatory, and Customer Service to minimize defects and protect brand reputation, while mentoring the QA team and advancing continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs, SOPs, and policies for consumer goods categories.
• Ensure compliance with UL, ETL, CSA, FCC, DOE, FDA, CPSC, Proposition 65, and other statutory requirements.
• Lead supplier quality audits, factory inspections, and CAPA processes.
• Oversee product testing protocols for safety, performance, and durability.
• Maintain labeling compliance and regulatory documentation for US/Canada and EU where applicable.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor QA team members.
