Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to elevate QA across software programs, shaping QA strategies, enforcing standards, and guiding teams through testing, reviews, and automation to ensure robust, scalable solutions for government clients.

Qualifications

Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with code review processes.
Exposure to IT architecture principles.
Hands-on experience with both .Net and Java environments.
Background in leading QA initiatives and implementing process improvements.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities

Implement and strengthen Quality Assurance processes across projects and teams.
Develop and enforce architecture and development standards.
Assess current .Net and Java applications for quality, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with IT architecture teams to ensure best practices are followed.
Determine and develop future roadmaps for .Net and Java applications.
Lead quality assurance initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
