A healthcare staffing company is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to lead testing strategies for Oracle-based applications in a hybrid environment. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or senior QA analyst.
• Extensive experience developing and leading QA testing strategies for Oracle applications.
• Hands-on Oracle testing experience (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, etc.).
• Experience supporting hospital or healthcare systems.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices.
• Ability to work independently and lead testing efforts in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end QA testing strategies for Oracle-based healthcare applications.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT, and system testing.
• Partner with clinical, IT, finance, and operations teams to validate workflows.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using standard tools.
• Ensure testing aligns with hospital compliance and patient safety standards.
• Support go-lives, upgrades, and production issue validation.
• Provide QA leadership, guidance, and best practices across projects.
