The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in QA, including leadership roles, and possess strong inter-departmental communication skills. A passion for leveraging AI in QA processes is a plus. The position includes a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $90,000 annually based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional QA experience on software projects, with 3+ years in a QA Lead role.
• Experience leading internal test teams and/or overseeing external test partners.
• Fluent with Jira for tracking work and managing assignments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee project test plans across one or more titles.
• Collaborate with development for testing support and feedback.
• Identify automation opportunities to replace manual effort.
