Job summary

KATBOTZ is seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee quality assurance for enterprise applications and digital transformation projects. The role is remote and requires leading QA strategy, test planning, execution, and defect tracking across diverse teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software testing, strong automation experience with Selenium/Cypress/Playwright, and expertise in JIRA/TestRail/ALM, plus API testing and CI/CD familiarity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Expertise with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail or ALM.
• Experience with automation tools Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or UFT.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning, execution, reporting, and defect tracking.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google GCP is an advantage.
