Foundationhealth is seeking a QA Lead to manage an AI-powered platform that impacts provider work and patient lives. This hybrid role in Orlando requires an individual to collaborate with engineering leadership and develop quality strategies crucial for the healthcare domain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience testing in healthcare, knowledge of HIPAA.
• Proven track record of testing AI/LLM features.
• 4+ years of QA/software testing experience, with leadership background.
• High proficiency in Playwright for automated testing.
• Experience owning end-to-end UAT and coordinating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute manual, exploratory, and automated testing.
• Design testing strategies for AI complexity and model behaviors.
• Ensure quality standards before release readiness.
• Perform regression testing and lead UAT implementations.

QA Lead

You aren’t just managing a process from afar – you are the hands‑on guardian of an AI‑powered platform that directly impacts provider workdays and patient lives. This is a hybrid role based in our Orlando, FL hub, where you will work side‑by‑side with our VP of Engineering (ex‑DeepMind/Google) to architect and execute a modern quality strategy at the intersection of health‑tech and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the trenches: act actively to own and execute manual, exploratory, and automated testing alongside the team; scale quality by coaching and setting technical standards.
• Tame AI complexity: design testing strategies that account for LLM behaviors, prompt validations, and model hallucinations, ensuring our AI products are safe and reliable for clinical use.
• Protect the patient experience: act as the final point of hands‑on accountability for release readiness and enforce quality standards before primetime.
• Master the fundamentals: perform deep‑dive regression testing and lead complex UAT implementations with external healthcare clients, ensuring mission‑critical workflows remain stable.

Technical Stack

Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit, and GCP.

Automation: master, maintain, and scale our Playwright frameworks for front‑end testing.

APIs: integrate with Postman to ensure our core integration platforms meet strict quality standards.

The AI frontier: get hands‑on with Playwright MCP and Agents, leveraging cutting‑edge AI tools to test complex production features.

Qualifications

• Healthcare domain expertise: 2+ years of experience testing within the healthcare, health‑tech, or pharmacy space; knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, and clinical data accuracy.
• AI fluency (tooling & products): proven track record of testing AI/LLM‑driven features and products, and use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, or LLM agents) to supercharge QA workflows.
• Hands‑on leadership: 4+ years of QA/software testing experience, with a proactive attitude and background leading projects or small teams while maintaining a strong technical, coding edge.
• Technical mastery: high proficiency in Playwright for automated testing and Postman for APIs.
• UAT & client interfacing: experience owning end‑to‑end UAT and coordinating seamlessly with external clients or healthcare providers.
