Agile Ventures Pvt Ltd is seeking a QA Lead to manage a small offshore QA team while contributing hands-on to functional and manual testing. The role requires strong communication, architecture understanding, and deep testing expertise in Playwright, API, and accessibility testing.

The position is based in Charlotte, NC with hybrid work 3 days on-site weekly. W2 contract, visa types welcomed, and a focus on independent decision-making and leadership across QA activities.

This role will be 60% lead and 40% hands on QA work

QA Lead (minimum 3 years lead experience) and 5+ years of hands on experience in functional and manual testing. The candidate will lead a team of three offshore QA resources, drive testing activities, and perform hands-on testing when required.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong functional testing expertise, and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Technical knowledge of database testing, SQL, API testing, and the ability to understand architecture diagrams will be an added advantage.

Required Qualifications

• They must have strong hands on testing with Playwright - he does not care about Selenium it must be with Playwright
• Needs to have strong experience with GenAi implementation testing
• Must have ADA (Accessibility) testing experience
• Strong experience with Functional testing.
• Hands-on Manual Testing experience.
• Experience with Octane and JIRA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - this is very very important to the manager they have to have really strong communication. this will make a break a candidate for him
• Ability to lead and coordinate offshore QA teams.
• Ability to independently drive testing activities.
