Job summary

Protein Solutions is seeking a QA Lab Technician to maintain daily quality standards and perform analytical tests on finished products. The role involves analyzing samples, recording data, and adhering to SQF procedures while operating lab equipment and supporting GMPs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math and reading instructions.
• Familiarity with basic office computer programs.
• Ability to operate lab equipment and follow GMPs/SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze samples from the process and record data for quality purposes.
• Perform Saf-Test Analysis (FFA, PV % Fat), Moisture, Ash, Fat, and Protein analyses.
• Document finished product data on production sheets.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment; oversee lab during shift.
• Notify production of quality issues; keep lab clean and organized.
• Maintain a sample library and perform lab R&D tasks as needed.
