Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to assist with routine quality testing and data documentation in an on-site facility in Chambersburg, PA. Under supervision, you will support plant operations and respond to questions about quality and processing.

This role requires basic chemistry knowledge and strong math and communication skills. Responsibilities include auditing process controls, recording results, and assisting with formula adjustments to meet customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing lab experience preferred.
• Chemistry knowledge and strong math skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests and document results.
• Audit and verify process controls (e.g., weight checks, batch sheets).
• Support formula adjustments to meet customer requirements.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment; use Hold Program.
