Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Lab Technician in Pasco, WA to monitor and test product quality in line with established procedures and specifications. You will collect samples, perform prescribed tests, and record results in logs and databases, while ensuring compliance and traceability throughout the production line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 12 months of prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to use standard lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately completes quality grade using grading standards.
• Accurately enters all product identity information for all product produced in an inventory database.
• Performs requested tests and samples.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Provides prompt and timely feedback to appropriate personnel regarding production-related problems.
