Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a QA lab tech in Minot, ND to ensure product safety and quality across production lines. The role includes daily inspections, environmental swabbing, sensory and analytical testing, and collaboration with production and sanitation teams.

Shift options include 1st and 2nd, with rotating weekends, based on production needs. You will maintain SAP records, support inventory sampling, and help with internal audits while adhering to GMP, HACCP, SQF and FSMA guidelines.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk up to 90% of shift.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inspections, environmental swabbing, and product inspections.
  • Conduct sensory testing, label verification, and analytical testing.
  • Lead facility inspections and assist with GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA compliance.
  • Assist in inventory control and SAP data entry.
  • Provide backup coverage for multiple roles and support training.
