Job summary

IPConfigure, Inc. is seeking a QA Intern to join our team at the Norfolk, VA headquarters and assist in testing our Video Management System.

You will develop and execute test cases, perform regression testing across Linux environments, document results, and help maintain Linux-based test environments including VMs and containers. This role offers hands-on experience and potential for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or IT.
• Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Ability to execute test cases, report defects, and assist in regression testing.
• Eagerness to learn and apply testing best practices.
• Basic understanding of Linux operating system fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Adaptability to new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases and scripts to ensure software quality.
• Conduct regression testing across Linux environments.
• Monitor debugging process results.
