Job summary

Incora is seeking an Inspector L2 to lead QA verification of incoming materials, certifications, and traceability at our Indiana distribution centers. You will document data, flag discrepancies, and ensure proper labeling and storage for efficient warehouse processing.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and familiarity with quality systems. A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience with Office tools and AI-assisted workflows is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS 9120 preferred).
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Verify received materials and certification packages for traceability.
• Review and release conforming material with lot/batch, expiration date and location.
• Use inventory systems and portals to document discrepancies and material data.
• Perform root cause analysis and communicate with procurement and suppliers.
• Monitor storage conditions and act on outliers or failures.
