Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Quality Inspector to conduct incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspections in a regulated medical device setting. You will verify labels, packaging, and lot history to ensure regulatory compliance and final release criteria.

You will document results in GDP-compliant records, support root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Quality Engineers and Production to resolve quality issues while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in quality inspection in medical device/pharma/regu­lated manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820 and GMP preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming inspections of raw materials and components.
• Perform in-process inspections to verify assemblies meet standards.
• Inspect finished goods returning from sterilization for release criteria.
• Verify labels and packaging for regulatory compliance.
• Review Lot History Records to ensure instructions followed.
• Identify nonconformities via NCMR and document findings.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers and Production to resolve issues.
• Maintain GDP-compliant inspection records and records integrity.
• Support continuous improvement, root cause analysis and CAPAs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform other duties.
