Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with electrical and measuring tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform technical/shop math.
• Ability to safely work around electrical equipment, including in wet environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect dimensions, alignment, wiring, motors, and motor controllers.
• Perform machine trial runs and verify settings and programmed controls.
• Identify and report non-conformances to engineering and production teams.
• Conduct final inspections and approve or reject finished products.
• Maintain inspection records and certificates of conformance.
• Prepare inspection reports and support ongoing quality assurance programs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Safely troubleshoot and connect motors, motor controllers, and VFDs.
• Perform basic electrical wiring, shop calculations, measurements, and conduit bending.
