Job summary

RADgov Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA tester to lead and execute test activities across standard and custom Salesforce configurations, migrations, and integrations.

The role requires strong hands-on testing across functional and non-functional areas and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA experience in Salesforce, proficiency with Jira, and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Salesforce testing and QA.
• Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
• Test Salesforce standard and custom functionality and configurations.
• Validate Salesforce data migration, transformation, integrity, relationships, completeness, and accuracy.
• Functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, system, and user acceptance testing experience.
• Defect tracking and test management with Jira.
• Knowledge of test automation tools: Tosca, QTest, Copado RT.
• Strong Agile/Scrum QA processes understanding.

Job description

Minimum 5 years experience in below skills:

Proficient in creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

Test Salesforce standard and custom functionality, including objects, fields, workflows/flows, validation rules, business rules, security, roles, profiles, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and other configurations or customizations

Validate Salesforce data migration, transformation, integrity, relationships, completeness, and accuracy against approved business requirements

Experienced in functional, regression, integration, end-to end, system, and user acceptance testing.

Experienced with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira.

Knowledge of test automation tools such as Tricentis TOSCA or CRT(Copado robotic Testing)

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes.

Expected Skills

• Ability to perform testing activities, make informed decisions, and manage complex work efforts.
• Strong experience testing Salesforce applications, including standard and custom functionality, configurations, workflows/flows, validation rules, security, reports, dashboards, and business processes.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations, APIs, web services, data exchanges, and interfaces with external systems.
• Experience validating Salesforce data migration, data integrity, business rules, and data relationships.
• Experience testing Salesforce releases, enhancements, configurations, customizations, and deployments.
• Ability to develop comprehensive Salesforce test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data, and requirements traceability.
• Experience with automation and testing tools such as QTest, Tricentis Tosca and CRT
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, product owners, scrum masters, and other technical and business stakeholders.
