Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a QA Engineer within Envysion to join an agile team delivering scalable enterprise video security and business analytics solutions. You will shape test strategy, write and run tests, and ensure quality across releases.

The role supports a nationwide US footprint with a base salary range of $80,000–$95,000 and standard benefits. Candidate location flexibility and company-wide growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting commercial software applications.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Associates degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience.
• Relational SQL skills to support testing activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a collaborative development team to influence product direction.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize test cases and test plans.
• Review test plans to ensure reliable, efficient software systems.
• Set up and manage test environments to simulate real-world scenarios and validate customer configurations.
• Record and communicate defects with clear, actionable detail for timely fixes.
• Establish, maintain, and improve quality management system processes and procedures.
• Perform system setup, software installation and configuration, and peripheral equipment installation and integration.
• Install new and upgraded hardware and software (servers, cameras, and other devices).
