Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in the United States is seeking a QA Engineer – Oracle Integration Testing to validate enterprise integrations across Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and connected systems. You will design and execute end-to-end tests, perform backend data validation with SQL, test REST/SOAP APIs with Postman, and support Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on Integration Testing.
Strong SQL skills for querying and validating application data.
Experience testing REST and/or SOAP APIs.
Test automation with any programming language is required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test scenarios for Oracle Fusion and enterprise integrations.
Perform end-to-end integration testing across Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, EDI transactions, and external applications.
Validate inbound and outbound interface data, ensuring accurate processing across systems.
Perform backend database validation using SQL queries.
Test REST and SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman or similar API testing platforms.
Validate JSON and XML payloads for accuracy, completeness, and business rule compliance.
Analyze business requirements, interface mappings, and technical design documents to identify test scenarios and edge cases.
Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, and release validation activities.
Investigate integration failures and assist in root cause analysis through log reviews and transaction validation.
Document defects with clear reproduction steps and business impact details.
Collaborate with developers and functional teams to validate defect fixes and ensure complete test coverage.
