Job summary

LuxGuard Solutions in Atlanta is seeking a detail‑oriented QA Engineer to join our team. You will design and execute test plans, perform manual and automated testing, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure software quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer.
Proficiency in manual and automated testing.
Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
Identify, document and track software defects and issues.
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Conduct regression testing to ensure previous defects have been resolved.
Participate in design reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues.
Continuously improve testing processes and procedures.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices for software testing.
