Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software, Electrical, Physics, Mathematics, or similar engineering field.
• General knowledge of software testing.
• Good communication and organizational skills and the ability to be proactive.
• High level of professionalism to nurture an ego‑free culture.

Responsibilities

• Create test scripts to automate testing and streamline verification across products.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and engineering managers to build test programs for AV software development.
• Conduct and analyze test results and ensure performance of feature releases and updates.
• Triage autonomy results, identify issues across software and vehicle hardware, and drive fixes.
• Own the sign‑off of test results, analysis, and reports for ongoing improvements of testing requirements.
