Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a proactive General QA Engineer to ensure product quality through manual and automated testing. You will build scalable Playwright test suites in TS, leverage AI tools to boost efficiency, and work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities include automating validation across UI, APIs, and dashboards, maintaining test systems, and enhancing test observability with traces, video, and flake analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in QA, including 1.5+ years in automation with JavaScript/Playwright.
• Experience with auto-wait, stable selectors, and handling flakes.
• Proficient in browser contexts, test data management, and environment isolation.
• Familiarity with CI integration (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) and reporting/observability tools.
• English reading/writing at least intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Automate validation across UI, APIs, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Playwright (TS) end-to-end tests; ensure coverage of critical flows.
• Use AI tools to optimize testing tasks and workflows.
• Perform manual testing: planning, test design, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Integrate test runs into CI/CD with parallelization and flake metrics.
• Set up reporting, traces, videos, and flake analytics for automated tests.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to clarify requirements and improve testability.
• Maintain quality of test data and test environments.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our product. In this role, you will combine manual and automated testing, build and maintain scalable Playwright test suites, leverage AI-powered tools to increase efficiency and work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

• Performing manual testing of features (planning, test design, regression, exploratory).
• Integration and optimization of test runs in CI (parallelization, stabilization, flakiness metrics).
• Setting up reporting and observability for automated tests (traces, video, flake analytics).
• Collaboration with engineering and product: requirements clarification, help reproducing defects, and improving testability.
• Maintaining the quality of test data and environments.

• Page Object/Screenplay patterns, project structure, reusability Building test workflows in n8n, Zapier, Gumloop Use of no-code tools as part of the automated test infrastructure Practical use of LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) Explore AI QA tools (Testim, Diffblue, CodiumAI, Mabl) Async/await, promises, modules, TS typing, interfaces, generics.
• NPM/Yarn, Node.js scripts, ESLint/Prettier configuration.
• PI testing: REST, Postman/Swagger.
• Browser DevTools: network, storage, cookies, CORS, headers, status codes.
• Databases: solid SQL, basic work with test data.
• Git (branching, PR, code review).
• Integration of automated tests into CI (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), artifacts, and reports.
