Job summary

Merilsoft is seeking a QA Engineer to test our hardware-anchored software for payment, medical records, and vehicle tracking. The role emphasizes onsite work in Melville, NY, with hands-on testing across real hardware and web interfaces, ensuring reliability before releases.

You will write and maintain automated coverage where it earns its keep, and do the exploratory work that finds the failures a suite was never told to look for.A good deal of it happens against real hardware. A point of sale is a terminal, a card reader, a printer and a cash drawer as much as it is a web application, and a test that passes on a laptop has not tested the thing a business uses.
