Responsibilities

• Gather data from on-site sources, perform RCA to identify deviation root cause and assess impact to SISQP; trend analysis; identify CAPAs.
• Manage multiple projects/timelines concurrently; adhere to schedules and escalate actions; participate in Daily Management meetings to update leaders.
• Interact with customers; prepare PowerPoint status updates; lead alignment meetings; discuss CAPAs and resolve comments.
• Work on the manufacturing floor to gather data, observe processes, and interview associates.
• Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams; resolve complex conflicts; lead deviation review board meetings.
