VPGC, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented QA Coordinator for our Feed Mill in Broadway, VA. You will oversee quality assurance processes to ensure feed products meet regulatory standards and company requirements.

Qualifications

Ability to analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics.
Experience in QA/QC in manufacturing or feed mill preferred.
Knowledge of FDA/AAFCO regulations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement QA programs and procedures in the feed mill.
Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local feed manufacturing regulations.
Maintain documentation of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and management on quality issues and improvements.
Assist in training employees on quality standards and best practices.
Monitor and report on key quality metrics and trends.
Support internal and external audits as needed.
