City Brewery Latrobe, PA is seeking a QA Coordinator to document and monitor compliance with the quality assurance program, including hold reporting, sampling, and lab data review.

You will support the TTB compliance program, assist with training, and drive continuous improvement across production and packaging teams in a 24/7 brewery environment. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in microbiology, chemistry, biology or related field.
• At least 2 years of quality experience in food manufacturing or brewing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work weekends/holidays for 24/7 operation.

Responsabilidades

• Document and monitor QA program compliance.
• Assist with hold reporting, sample shipping, and lab data review.
• Support TTB compliance and microbiology lab coverage as needed.
• Train packaging and QA personnel on processes and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement across production and packaging units.
• Maintain hold reporting systems and communicate with customers.
