Job summary
Trella Health is seeking a hands-on QA Automation Lead to evaluate, improve, and scale our Playwright-based automation across UI, API, and data testing — with mobile automation on the future roadmap. The role is hybrid, with 1 day per week in our Atlanta office, reporting to the Director, Quality Assurance.
You will own the automation roadmap, lead initiatives, mentor the QA team, and ensure CI/CD integration using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of QA Automation experience.
- 3+ years leading automation initiatives, frameworks, or teams.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
- Experience evaluating and improving existing automation frameworks.
- Experience designing and maintaining UI, API, and data automation solutions.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the automation roadmap across UI, API, and data validation.
- Mentor QA team members and lead knowledge transfer.
- Own operational health of the automation program and remediation planning.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
- Monitor automation health and drive improvements to pass rates.
