Job summary

Air Apps is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to build and maintain automated test frameworks for web and mobile apps. You will implement automated testing strategies, expand test coverage, and work with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.

You will contribute to the stability, performance, and reliability of our applications across platforms, while staying current with new tools and testing methodologies to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in test automation development.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).
• Hands-on API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Experience with Git and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) is a plus.
• Experience testing mobile applications (iOS & Android) is a plus.

The Role

As a QA Automation Engineer at Air Apps, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining automated test frameworks and regression test suites to ensure our applications meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to implement automated testing strategies, increase test coverage, and optimize testing efficiency.

Your contributions will directly impact the stability, performance, and reliability of our applications across web and mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr).
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) is a plus.
• Experience testing mobile applications (iOS & Android) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
