Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• Experience in quality assurance or a related role.
• Proficiency with quality management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• ASQ certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality inspections of products and processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data.
• Document and report non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Train and educate team members on quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Assist in development of quality control documentation.
• Review and approve test results and quality reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate supplier quality and work with vendors to ensure product specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and propose solutions.
